    Vozz — real-time AI sales coaching

    Problem
    Sales reps need the right answer while the prospect is still talking, not in a call review a week later.
    What we built
    The whole product, as Vozz’s tech team: live call capture on Zoom, Meet and Teams with no bot, an AI coach that uses LLMs and the team’s own playbook to suggest answers and questions in real time, and automatic logging to Salesforce and HubSpot.

Frequently asked questions

I only have an idea. Where do we start?

With a short call. We ask questions, find the riskiest part and propose a first step, often a prototype. You get a clear scope and quote before anything is built.

How do you price projects?

Every project is different, so we quote once we understand it: a fixed price for a defined scope, or a monthly rate for ongoing work. Hosting is a simple monthly fee.

Which AI models do you use?

The one that fits the job: models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, or open-source models hosted privately. We compare them on your real cases and can switch later without a rebuild.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use business AI services that do not train on your data, or privately hosted models, and your data stays in the region you choose.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We plan for it. The AI shows its sources, works within clear rules and hands over to a person when it is unsure. Important actions wait for approval.

Who owns the code, and who runs it after launch?

You own the code, the data and the accounts. We can host, monitor and improve it for you, or hand it to your own team at any time.
