An AI company building AI for real business work.
We build anything a business wants to do with AI. Launch an AI product, build AI into your apps, or automate work with agents and workflows across the tools you already use. Then we host and run it for you.
Why we built Dialaunch
Around the world, customers write to businesses on WhatsApp at all hours. Orders, appointment requests, “where is my parcel?”. Small teams cannot answer everything, and every missed message is a lost sale or a disappointed customer.
So we built Dialaunch, an AI agent that answers WhatsApp calls and messages, confirms orders, books appointments and hands over to a person when it matters. We run it ourselves, which keeps us honest about what works and what does not.
Dialaunch is one product we built and run. Today Bitwire builds AI products for founders, AI-powered apps for businesses and AI automation for teams, and runs them in production.
What we believe
AI should complete work
Good AI confirms the order, files the invoice, finds the answer in your documents. Answering questions is only the start.
Your team stays in control
You can listen, step in and hand back at any time. AI supports your people, it does not replace their judgment.
AI should fit your tools
You should not have to change how you work. We connect AI to the tools and habits you already have.
Built for businesses everywhere
Local languages matter, wherever you work. Customers write the way they speak, from a short message to a quick voice note, and they expect an answer in the same language.
Our AI works in French, English, Spanish, German, Arabic and more, so businesses that work across borders can talk to every customer and colleague naturally.
